Craemer Group ‘bin’ the Bucks
Football club AFC Telford United has recently announced a sponsorship deal with a difference to assist in keeping the New Bucks Head Stadium clean on match days. The Craemer Group with production site in Telford, who manufacture waste disposal units in the form of wheelie bins, have agreed to supply the football club with 30 wheelie bins embossed with the Buck’s logo.
Anton Gunter, Commercial Sales Manager at the New Bucks Head said: ”We are working very hard to build partnerships with companies in Telford and for Craemer this fits nicely within their brand.” He added: ”For a while now, volunteers have had to use black bin bags when collecting post match litter and the wheelie bins will make it easier to clean up after a match.” The wheelie bins, manufactured under the Kliko brand, have been proudly manufactured in Telford. Reinhard Nickel, Managing Director of Craemer UK Ltd said: "We are very pleased to take up AFC Telford United's offer of partnership and are happy to supply the club with wheelie bins to help them control their waste management stream." The wheelie bins will be visible around the ground and fans are being urged to use them when disposing of litter.
