Production
Metal-forming – just in time – on a daily basis; In the modern metal stamping works we have at our disposal hydraulic presses with a press capacity of up to max. 10.000 kN and mechnical presses with a capacity of up to 20.500 kN. Sequential and serial production can take place at a maximum table-length of 8.000mm and width of 2.500mm. Craemer processes material such as sheet steel, high-strength sheet steel, high-grade steel and aluminium sheet up to a gauge of 4 mm.
In 1998 the Craemer Group established an own location in Slovakia, and since then Craemer a spol., s.r.o. has been successful as a high-quality supplier for various branches of industry – in particular the automotive sector.
The manufacturing methods include – besides the lathe operating, drawing and stamping - the MIG and MAG electric resistance welding as well as the manual production of raw components. These are manual skills, which can stand up to international competition and which fully comply with the high demands on quality and precision.
